Notice to Requester

1. Checks will be available for pick up on the next Friday of the week of the Submit after inspection is performed for work completed. If these days fall on a holiday, checks will be available on the NEXT business day.

2. All invoices being submitted for payment MUST be submitted before 2pm Tuesday of work that has been fully completed for payment the Friday of the next week. If these days fall on a holiday, invoices will be accepted until 12pm the NEXT business day.

(Example: If Pay Request is Submitted today Tuesday; September 11, 2018 then payment would be scheduled, Wednesday; September 26, 2018). NOTICE THE NUMBER OF CYCLING DAYS.

3. All invoices should be submitted here for tracking purposes.
