Our acceptance into the Houston Land Bank New Builder Program gives MHB access to a pool of pre-qualified low-income buyers. Through the City’s down-payment assistance programs, our buyers typically receive $35,000 to $150,000 in support, helping make homeownership more attainable and sustainable. As we continue to grow our sales pipeline, we actively engage with buyers throughout the process and frequently secure executed sales contracts during construction.

By partnering with MHB, investors have the opportunity to participate at the earliest and most strategic stage of development. We leverage investor capital to acquire the lot and complete all pre-development activities—including permitting, replatting, architectural design, surveying, and soils testing. This disciplined, front-end investment enables us to move swiftly from concept to construction, reduce project risk, and position each home for strong market performance and long-term success.
