• The Prospective buyers who are applying for MH BUILDER-HOUSTON's Affordable Homes, must meet the income ranges accepted for that development per its Restrictive Covenants.

• Prospective buyers are required to complete the MH BUILDER-HOUSTON Client Intake Application for formal verification of the household income limits.

​

• Prospective buyers who are seeking down-payment assistance from the City of Houston Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD), must meet the HCDD criteria in addition to the Restrictive Covenants.
