Notice to Requester

​

1. Checks will be available for pickup on the Wednesday that falls two weeks after the “Submit After Inspection” is completed for the work performed. If this date falls on a holiday, checks will be available on the next business day.

​

2. All invoices for fully completed work must be submitted by 2:00 PM on Tuesday to be eligible for payment on the Wednesday occurring two weeks after the “Submit After Inspection”. If any of these dates fall on a holiday, invoices will be accepted until 12:00 PM on the next business day.

 

Example: If a pay request is submitted on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, payment would be scheduled for Wednesday, September 26, 2018.

3. All invoices should be submitted here for tracking purposes.
