We’re excited to have you on board as part of our residential construction team! At MH Builder-Houston LLC, we highly value skilled trades like yours and look forward to working together to build quality homes.

Important Note: The onboarding process consists of two steps, both of which must be completed before payment can be issued for goods or services provided.

 

Step 1

To Get Started:​​

​Here is a list of required documentations you should prepare to upload here:

To facilitate your setup, please ensure that you provide the following:

✔ A copy of your Independent Trade Agreement (choose below)

    (and on the following page the following are required)

✔ A copy of your w9

✔ A completed information form
✔ A copy of your proof of insurance

✔ A copy of your ACH-wiring information if you are a Supplier Only to allow funds to be wired as a Direct Payment to your bank.

Last Step, on next page,

You will select the button that best describes your trade or task.

Insurance Requirements:

• MH Builder-Houston LLC must be listed as the certificate holder and additional insured on your policy.

• Your company name must be clearly identified as the insured party.

​

​Please ensure that we are Additional Insured.
